Welcome to the first livestreamed fundraising event.
The Pitch
Three teams, one stage. Each startup gets 10 minutes to pitch a panel of seasoned founders, investors, and creators, followed by 10 minutes of unfiltered Q&A.
The Mechanism
Teams raise SOL through fixed-price presales, and allocations are first-come, first-served, non-withdrawable and only available on the star platform.
The Rules
Each raise is open for just 48 hours. If the minimum target isn't hit, everyone is refunded. Once the cap is hit, the sale is closed.
The Launch
Once the raise closes, teams have 24 hours to launch their token. During this window, all funds are held securely in on-chain escrow. Contributors can claim their tokens at TGE.
